This beautifully appointed detached villa boasts magnificent mountain and sea views. Located in the quiet exclusive area of Los Mojones, near the centre of Puerto del Carmen with it’s excellent fishing harbour, restaurants and long sandy beaches are only a few minutes walk away.
Facing south with large open plus covered terraces and mature gardens, there is a 9 metre x 5 metre swimming pool (acclimatised in the winter months) with roman style steps and a BBQ for dining al fresco (there is also a childrens play area with sandpit).The villa sleeps up to 6 and  comprises: comfortable modern lounge with satellite TV (including film, news and radio channels) DVD player, dining table and chairs; modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher; large master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate shower and corner bath; 2 twin bedrooms; separate shower room.

 Beautifully situated in a quiet cul de sac in the select area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen this well appointed villa is ideal for either small or large parties who prefer to have complete privacy.
The main villa and annexe are built on one level with many open and covered terraces to enjoy both the surrounding mature garden and the sea and mountain views. This villa has a very large attractively shaped private pool measuring 12 m x 5m which is solar heated throughout the year and also acclimatised during the winter months. High volcanic rock walls surround the villa offering complete privacy. Clients also have use of sauna and games room.
